We take the greatest care with our glass deliveries but unforseen circumstances do happen. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our replacement policy.
We prefer not to do site deliveries, but if you have any large jobs requiring delivery to site, please contact our sales staff so prior arrangements can be made and charges will apply.

Please ensure that we have appropriate access and someone is available to unload deliveries, and a forklift is available if required. If our driver has to wait for more than 15 minutes a surcharge will apply.
